Also included is a consent form for the audio recording of piano lessons. I have found the recording of lessons to be an invaluable educational resource for both myself and my students. As stated on the form, recordings are made available only to myself and the student. Students/parents/guardians need to give consent to be recorded if they wish to receive lessons in my studio.
